Ok I think I can put this here, 1956 f-100 totally went through the whole truck in 2012 , the cab was in great shape when I got it, it has a new bed ,new rear fenders and running boards, new front fenders, it has a 223 strait 6 with the 3spd motor runs great. The interior needs to be done, dash and doors are painted but needs seat covered and a carpet or rubber mat I'm asking $16,500 I'm located in Lancaster co. PA

Mike, I have a 1950 F1 bed off one of my parts trucks that needs rear stake pockets and the rear cross piece that goes beneath the tailgate. All these pieces are available as patch panels. The rest of it is in decent shape. The metal floor has been removed and it will need new wood. I have no tailgate or any of the metal pieces that go between each piece of wood. I'm in Michigan in a Detroit suburb.

Not mine and not sure of the price but in case you are looking for a 226 here's one that appears to be clean and it's near Pittsburgh PA. Color looks to be bronze and the tranny is a side shift so I'm thinking it's from a car. Ford flathead

need stock transmission for F1

After taking the 4 speed off of an F-6, I have learned that it will not fit into the F1 without some tinkering. Any leads on a stock 3 or 4 speed would be appreciated. Or a means to make the 4 speed from the F-6 work without cutting up the crossmember. It will go behind a 239 flathead. Is there a rear bearing/transmission mount that can be swapped to make the 4 speed from the F-6 work in the F-1?

Wanted to buy a 223 exhaust manifold

I am looking to buy a stock exhaust manifold for my 223 six. My present one has been repaired but is leaking. Is there any good manifolds still intact out there?

Thanks,
Bob

51-52 RIBBED REAR BUMPER WANTED

Anybody got a painted rear bumper and brackets for my 52 F3?

I know there are reproductions but they are chrome. I can make repairs but, really don't want to buy a pretzel.

There are a couple places here in Arizona if you want to pick it up or pay a lot for shipping.

One is Desert Valley Auto Parts.
Desert Valley Auto Parts
The Casa Grande location has about 6 '48-'52 that I have used for reference and parts.

If you have a Facebook account, try Johnny Junk.

He has been going around the country getting COE's lately but still has a few
F1's-F6's around.

Got stuff from him as well.

Looking for the original passenger side mirror hinge bracket and two original side mirror arm assemblies for a 50 F1. Ok if the glass is broken or missing, I can get new mirrors.

Oil bath air cleaner CLAMP needed

I'm searching for the clamp for the original oil bath on my '53 F100 w/ the 215 six. I have the entire assembly, but I'm missing the hold down. It doesn't look like anyone repops them and before I Rube Goldberg something up, I figured I'd put this out there.

Send me a PM if you've got one you would sell. Thanks!

Used Bed Straps

Not sure if anyone could use these. 9' straps from a 55' express bed. They are a little rusted and could possible be cut down for a smaller bed. Free, just pay for shipping from Nebraska.

Might Need a 223 oil pan?

My best friend said he lost 3 qt of oil the other day and he said it looked like it was coming from a crack near the plug. He did what he had to do and sealed it at the shopping center He said he will pull it off and see if he can braze it up if lucky.
I have looked on the net and have not found a new or even a chrome one for a 56 223. If you know what would work and have a link it would help a lot.
If you have one you think is in good shape then let me know please.
He loves driving it a around and the motor is doing great he said and he is going to just keep on using it and have the fun of driving it around.

Thanks and hope you guys can help.
