1948 ford F-6 for sale

I've decide to put my 1948 Ford F-6 up for sale.
It's advertised on eBay, but ideally I'd rather sell it to someone on here, or local.
I'm going to start on my next project.

Let me know if anyone is interested, as I'm open to offers, etc.

1948 Ford Other Pickups | eBay?

Thank you.

Do you have a picture? i might have it in my pile-o-nuts. I know i have a spare tire carrier for the 50 so i'm likely to have the nut. Is this "under" the truck or on the side?

The carrier attaches to the F1 via two nuts that pull it up on bolts on each side of the frame, that attach to the frame via clevis's pins and eye bolts. I have one nut but the passenger side is a homemade combination. This is what it looks like and I believe the threads are 1/2-20.

I looked through my bolt / nut pile and i did not find one and based on your picture i can honestly say i don't ever recall seeing one like that. I did try and look up the part number and it shows a similar nut however it does not list the 48/52 "C" truck so i'm a bit confused by that.

I left the painting to you. Prime it and paint it gloss or satin black and your Y-block will be back to the stock look.

PM me with your address. You can pay me by Paypal. I will give you my Paypal address after you PM me. Thanks!

I have a running 1957 272 Y-block for sale, has a rebuild Motorcraft 2150 carburetor, pertronix ignition, and a permanent magnet motor stater that will last forever. Has an alternator and a power steering pump.

I also have a NV4500 transmission that is attached to the engine and was planning to sell with it. This is a mid 90's transmission, 5 speed including overdrive.

accepting offers.

48 - 52 parts

For Sale:
'51 inner front fenders, good condition, off a Western truck. $75 + shipping, estmated at $60 via FedEx Ground. See pics. The PS fender has the "dogleg" in place, with a rip where it attaches to the fender. Many people remove the dogleg (which was the way 52's were built), otherwise it is an easy weld. Very light rust anywhere on these!
