I have an excess of doors, and other parts, but all need quite a bit of work. I'm keeping the best for my projects - 3 55's. I am located in SW MI near Grand Rapids. I am planning on selling quite a few parts soon once I get things sorted. Not interested in getting rich. I would prefer parts go to worthy projects. Bill T 616 319 1798.

Grill Badges 1954 F100

These are showing their age with pitting and some peeling of the finish. There is a slight dent in one of the hash corners. One of the mounting studs on the V8 emblem is broken off. There is very slight amount of blue paint on some edges. $75 and you pay the shipping.

I'm looking for a set of Monkey-Face nostrils. ('C'-shaped stainless front hood trim on a '48/49/50 truck)
Mine have some dents and scratches.
Not looking for a perfect set, I can polish out any cloudiness or very light scratches.
If you only have one side, I'm OK with that too.
I'm located at zip code 04105 if that helps estimate the mailing cost.
Thanks guys, Tom

Anybody got a speaker grill for a 52? A nice little old man in the neighborhood asked me if I know where he could find one. I told him I'd ask here.

FOUND ONE!

Just pricing stuff out here, don't know if this is the place for it but oh well.

Ultimately I need to source an entire steering column (wheel, shaft, support bearing thing, steering box) and right front vent/smoker window for my F3. And there's bugger all on ebay or craigslist, nor is there anything in local junkyards. I'm wondering if anyone knows any good sources and a rough price for those parts, shipping aside. I'm mostly concerned about the steering column, since worse comes to worse i can probably just have the window cut new. I have a hope that i can find a compatable recirculating ball power unit that i can drill the frame for or something but a stock unit would be fine.

Steve, you are in the right place to ask, the steering columns & boxes are hard to find since they were prized by rat-rodders in the last 20 years. And if someone has an extra one it only takes a few mouse clicks to check values and suddenly the selling price is $175 or more plus shipping.
The steering wheels, dash support and vent window frames are always on e-bay and if you aren't in a hurry, can find some decent cores for about $40 apiece. Dash support for $15. The new weather stripping and glass is where it gets spendy.
Honestly, it is almost worthwhile to buy a whole 900 dollar used-up title-less truck as a donor and do some disassembly to get these parts and more. You can repair an old steering wheel with pliable POR-15 putty and sandpaper.
The new guts to a steering column are all available from various online sources. I just did mine - the bushings, worm and gear were in good shape, so I just needed a pitman arm, seal, shims and gaskets. But you can find the other parts if needed and it might cost less than buying a used one and needing those parts anyway.
Hope this helps, Tom

I bought one of the steering boxes for $50 off a friend of my son's after he rolled his rock crawler and parted it out. If you go to Rock Auto or most any site that has the Toyota boxes, the core charge is well over $100. There are seal kits that are cheap and they are easy to do, so that is an option as well if you find a used one. Toyota 4X4 forums would be a place to look.

Well that's still better than expected.

As for used donor trucks, you gotta remember that this is canada, and anything that isn't kept under a roof just returns to the earth. So junkyards are pretty rare, and anything older than the 70's is a pretty infrequent find, let alone something 70 years old that's worth parting out. So i'm probably getting all my **** the expensive way.
