ok , i am ready to get me a new chip for my b-day present and would like to know which chip or programmer is right for me. i haul stuff occassionally and need a boost on the low end and top end.are they any that you can programme for which ever driving condition you want .
i basically want something that will increase power, throtle response low end tourqe ,top end and all the good suff.
what kinda prices am i looking at and do i have to pay someone to do this?

There isn't a programmer for it. The 1991 does not have an EEPROM that can be reflashed. Your best bet for power is a Diablo, but if they don't have the PCM code on file you'll need to get a Superchips.
