Exactly Jim.
Well you would think so but I had the bird stored.
What it does mean is that I can now rearrange my garage to try and use the space better.
Everything went pretty well once I got started. Left at 8 just to get at it and I knew I had a flat tire on the trailer. Tried to pump the tire up,,,, no bueno.
So I had to go buy a new tire. After that, all was well.
Now tomorrow is garage day.
Is it 5 o'clock yet?
Must be somewhere

Good luck with that fight Col.
All my best to you and yours.
Now that my garage is clear I have completely torn it apart and am redoing the whole thing in order to optimize what little space there is. The idea is that I would like to be able to actually drive cars in and out of there (imagine that) with room to work on them. So everything that is not car related is being moved to the storage shed in the back yard. It's a nice Tuff Shed deal we bought last year in order for this all to take place.
Long process but determined to make it happen.
Those of you with sharp observation facilities will note that I am writing this at 4:30a. Woke up at 3 with my head way to full of thoughts to sleep.
Part of the before mentioned "getting older" thing I guess.

Howdy Tim, yes a full day!
Marc, getting up early is great, makes your day seem more accomplished. You might be in bed by 8, but hey, the grandkids are in bed by then too...

damn its sure nice to fuel the truck for less than $80 bucks!!! just paid $2.04 debit, same station had $1.94 cash!!
2.09 and 2.19 still seem to be common cash prices...

There are flimsy reasons, but the main reason and the sad fact, is that our politicians WANT us to pay more. When your elected representatives want to stick it to you, and the oil companies are more that happy to oblige, we're lucky prices aren't even higher. "Representative" is an oxymoron in CA politics.
