Another warm day out there. at 5 this morning I let the dogs out and looked at the thermometer and it read 54 degrees. It' February 4th. Now to the reality of New England weather. SE CT going to get 3 to 5 inches of snow tomorrow.

So far this winter used the snow blower once.

Son got window trim nailed up and shades. Going to get this living room done this year. lol

Morning

Here we are again and it has just started snowing here in Newington. Bob Maxim just said that Chapin is where they will get 9" of snow and that is where we keep the 5th wheel. 3" to 6" here in the center of the state.
Stay safe out there today.

Good morning everyone! Definitely an odd winter for the northeast. Hope everyone enjoys the snow while it lasts!

By the way, we're not much better out here for snow John. I've used my blower twice

Kudos to the Hundai driver who was tailgating and then tried to pass me on the right on a snow-covered I-95 this morning ....,
I enjoyed watching them get a refresher course on how to drive in the snow - I hope they brought an extra pair of underwear with them this morning.
Boy they were lucky..., they lost it and started sliding all over the place, but managed to come to a stop on the shoulder without hitting anyone.

Like my Grandmother used to say "God looks out for idiots!"

I made it to the foremans house this morning no problem in my truck. Making it to Storrs in the work van on the other hand was not as uneventful. I probably would have preferred myself driving. Oh well, we're here now.

Hello! Oh yea, had fun dodging the four wheelers in the snow today! So I'm selling the Mountaineer if anybody's interested. It's a good truck but not really what I want. Here's the listing: 2001 Mercury Mountaineer

Good morning gents.

I got about 12-13" of heavy wet snow yesterday.
Looks like next week is going to be messy also.

Morning

Justin, is that a new pickup behind the Mountaineer?

Super bowl weekend, we will make some chili and snacks and watch the game. Kathy is a Panther fan. Nice and quiet.

Maybe take a little ride today and look at snow around the area, then groceries.

We got about 8-12" in most places as well, storm was weird because in some towns I plowed it was incredibly wet snow... And then others was like the driest powder you could imagine.
