Im sure this is a dumb question but How do I check or load the correct one?
To check what you currently have loaded you can read the bin from the tuner. Then open some of the scalars to see if things look right (I usually check engine displacement). The fuel pump will also run if there is NOT a bin loaded to the tuner.
Just get the correct bin and definition file and make sure it loads properly. You using TunerPro with an A9L?

Yes tunerpro with the A9L. The bin and definition file are in the tunerpro program? Id bet there isn't one loaded to the tuner. If there is I didn't load it

If someone provided you a tune then you should use the definition they tell you to use. If not and you are starting with no tune, I would highly suggest using the A9L2 tune and the definition and info here - A9L2 / EFIDynoTuning and note at the bottom "
If your tuning with TunerPro, be sure to download our GUFB.xdf"
You need the BIN file (which is the tune file you will upload to the ECU) and you need the definition, which is the XDF. The BIN and XDF need to go together.
