oil pressure gauge bad?

As noted above the engine may not have any oil pressure.

Not necessarily. I've had more than 1 engine that idled at 0 psi and would barely tickle 15 psi at 3000rpm.

nah it would have locked up bye now. took it out when we first put the new pcm in and it ran like a bad out of hell.

Don't guess. Put a gauge on it and confirm good oil pressure. It does not take much at all to supply the valves and keep them quiet but that does not mean everything else is getting the lube and COOLING it needs from adequate oil supply.

It can take a while for an engine to die from low oil pressure.

its been running with no oil pressure gauge problem since may,

put a mechanical guage on it to see what your oil pressure is reading

we got it fixed. the new oil sender was bad. or wrong one.

put a new one from advance auto and now its working. thanks for the help guys
