he says it is 4 wheel drive but the front hubs tell me it is 2 wheel drive.
either way for $800 that is a steal.

I mean if someone was trying to do a dually swap or a 7.3 swap this would be a gold mine! Also the body panels don't look beat up and I am sure they're rust free. If I had the time/money/space I would try and pick it up but I have none of the above!

Yes Portland isn't far from my location and defiantly worth $800 since I'll be in Washington in future. Only problem is $800 for truck, $100 rental trailer perhaps borrow one and then fuel costs. Looking at over $1000 just to pickup a truck with bad tranny. If I did then I would part it out for sure but would also be curious if it were really 4x4?

Tempting but then I'm like another member here pending tax return which would be the only thing holding me back.

I don't know second look those front rims looked to have recessed hubs indicating maybe it is 4x4?

Well anyone interested im sure you can call the guy and have him send photos of front differential.

It is 2wd. You can see the small wheel bearing cap in the front wheel.

But that truck around here would sell for 5-6k with a good trans

For $800, I'd be tempted to park it on our rural land, live in the camper, sell the house in town and retire.....
