I haven't looked as it would be easier just to ask. What do the green boxes by the member's name mean?

as the guys have said, if you are referring to the green or blue circles on the left side under the persons username, that is to tell you if they are on or offline
green= online
blue= offline
if you are referring to the little green boxes on the right side under the persons info, thatis rep points.
