How to verify springs are the right capacity?

I have a 2006 f-250 ccsb 6.0 4x4. Came with F code rear springs which are 3000lb and they do not have the overload helper springs. At a wrecking yard i Found a 2005 f350 drw that had D code springs (3400lbs + 550lb helpers). Im planning to get all the frame brackets spacers, etc. thinking i will try adding the overload helpers first to see if that will stiffen it enough. If not, i can add the D spring pack later...

Going to pick these up,tomorrow but wanted to know if there is a way to confirm they are the right springs can they be measured or do,they have stamping somewhere if any lables are missing?

Help...
