I think it may be a bit of a problem. I am not sure how to quantify it.

Friday I filled the front tank and found a wet spot under it saturday. So I pumped all the fuel into cans and looked into upgrading the tank. I do not have much time right now and it seems the SD front tanks require a bit of rigging to work well. I called the local parts house and they had a Spectra F6C in stock ready to go. I grabbed it and am hoping to put it in one of the nights this week while I am on the road. I am not sure this is the correct tank but I need to start and they said I can return it.

I am having second thoughts about the cab I found for 400$. It is a little rough but it isn't rusted out. I think my floors are not far behind. For the amount of work it would take its probably not worth it.

A friend has given me a cab. I plan to take it to the body shop and get a quote on getting it cleaned up for a cab swap. I am not sure that it is worth it. Currently the truck looks sharp but that beauty is skin deep as some of you know from following this thread.

Current to do list.

CAB RUST.....
rear leaf springs and all hangars etc.
front spring shackles and rear frame mount at a minimum
Fuel leaking again time for Efuel

and much more small stuff

Now that's a rust hole. And not the inside of the cab. Wow

Yeah Nick it has some issues. The other cab may not work out as he had an offer on it. I'll keep it rolling as long as I can. I got a fuel leak I the valley now and am looking at efuel kits.... deep breath. There is a small hole where my wallet was. I say small cause it would be a lot bigger buying new.

How's the farm and family?

Grrrrrr!

At this point a 2008 is looking like a good idea. At least the girls would be comfortable waiting for the wrecker!

Today.

the older daughter yelled and woke up the younger one during her nap.

I had to leave.

I went to a friends house and we did a proper pressure test on the intake.....

LOTS of bubbles from the plenums.

I have read so much about these leaking and being resealed and still leaking. I have time to do this once.

What are my options? I have an e99 spider is that my limiting factor?

That is exactly what I am after but not sire they work with the e99 spider. And when the fuel bowl comes out this time efuel is going in.

Nate, can you save a lazy SOB (me) the effort of researching, and describe how you did the pressure test?
