2010 F150 Passenger Side No Heat, Drivers Side Fine

I have a 2010 F150 with dual automatic temperatue.

Drivers side functions just fine. Passenger side has no heat on any setting, defrost, vent, floor, recirc. I have replaced the passenger side blend door actuator, but that didn't help. Still cold (winter).

I have pulled the #15 fuse and done the recalication a couple of times. Last time I put my hand on the blend door actuator and didn't feel any vibration. I could hear movement, but that could have been the drivers side.

thoughts on what next to look at?

Can anyone tell me what I should get if I probe the pins at the actuator connection and can I probe the back of the HVAC control module?

Thanks!!!

Broken blend door actuator. Common issue on these trucks.

Be thankful it's the passenger side, as that's relatively easy to fix. If it were the driver's side, you'd have to remove the entire dash to get to it, which would cost you around $1,000.

Thanks for the reply.

I put a new actuator in, but nothing. Turns out it was the HVAC controller in the dash stack. Easier fix, but more $$.

Where is the location of this?? I'm literally having this same issue with my 2010 Ford F150 platinum.

Mine was a Lariat. Basically, removed the trim panel on the dash that covered the HVAC controls and pulled the module that had the driver and passenger controls and the defrost, dash, floor settings. This was all one module. I don't recall if there were any screws that had to be removed before the trim panel. I know there were some videos available on the order to pull the trim.

Hope that helps.
