2003 F250 Cruise Control

There's been some more posts regarding cruise control since I tried to get help a couple weeks ago. I've made a little progress, so I'll update. Somebody please help!
Fuse 5 and 15 are good. There isn't a fuse in slot 13
When pressing the off button and turning key on, cruise light flashes once. Flashes once more when you press on. Does not flash for any button on the right side
However when you press "on" and "coast" at the same time the horn honks.
Horn works fine, no abs light
Also, it appears the recall for the cruise hasn't been fixed as there are no fuses around the master cylinder.
Are the buttons on the right side bad? What does it take to replace them?

I have checked any thread I can find on the internet about cruise faults. I have a 2005 2WD with the gas 5.4 engine.
I have replaced switch in master cylinder, brake pedal switch, clock spring, cruise servo and the buttons in the steering wheel.
Cruise still works when it feels like it.
Please let me know iff you find your problem. I am out of ideas.

Anything on your cruise shawry?
Update on mine.......clutch pedal sensor blown out......truck starts without pedal engaged. I assume fixing this will fix my cruise
On the test it's:
Hold down off, turn key to run without starting or touching any pedal with your feet.
Immediately you will see the cruise light, then hit on, resume, coast, set
I know that's been posted 73 times already in 2016, but maybe it'll help someone in the future
