Fabricated the rear boxing plates and upper coil over mounts and got them welded up. Then I started working on reassembling the jag rear end.

After about a month of everything in the world keeping me away from the truck I finally made some progress on it. Finished putting the rearend back together. Got the rear crossmember welded in. Removed some of the braces from the frame. Did a little finish welding and got most of the front suspension mocked up.
I did run into 1 small problem on front suspension. My new sway bar bushings are to small. I think my donor jag had an upgraded sway bar. Stock sway bar should have measured .750 diameter. Mine measures .875

Pretty awesome project you have there. I like the Jag suspension idea for an F100.

Tonight I fabricated the front rear end support brackets and bars. Then I trimmed done the original brake booster and pedal bracket and welded it to the frame. Then I dropped the jag irs and lifted the frame so I could finish weld the bottom. I added a couple of gusset plates to the rear coil over mounts. I did a lite work on the front suspension as well....but nothing worth pictures.

Pulled the front and rear glass out of my cab tonight and then went around my cab making a list of all the replacement sheet metal I will need for the cab. I see a lot of cutting and welding in my future.

I love coming home to boxes of parts. It's better than Christmas for me.

Also picked up my clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing today. Hopefully I'll get the engine installed as soon as I finish putting together the front suspension.

I'm really dreading all the body work. But thanks for the kind words.

Picked up some parts at the F100 Supernationals. I got both front floor pans. Both cowl panels. Both rear cab corners. Both rocker panels. 1 body mount. 2 running board braces. 1 new drivers front fender. A power steering pulley for my Y-block and some new emblems
I also got more parts delivered....like my rear wheels!

I got my engine set in tonight. Ran into a little problem but came up with a simple solution. My oil pan was bottoming out on the rack and pinion. I made up a set of spacers and raised the engine up 2 inches. Everything clears now. I also just had to put the rear wheel on and see what it looked like.
