Have a 2000 SD 5.4 std. 145k. My friend did a tune up for me while I was away. Carb cleaner was used to clean the throttle body on running truck. Only other things done where fluid change. It now has no ***** under load. Sputters and runs rough under acceleration. A small hill needs minimum 3k rpm to make it up. Idles and revs in neutral well. I have changed all 8 cop's, plugs, checked vacuum lines and for local harness ware. After all this I was told about the carb clean. Coincidence or keep lookin for the culprit?
