Stock
Whisper Mode (not really a whisper, but does take the edge off for idling at a Sonic or similar)
High Idle (For keeping the engine hot in winter, or AC cold in summer. when parked)
Daily Driver (peppier than stock)
Hot (Basically a +75 tune)
No Start

Regarding the 6 position chip, it would seem that I might need to contact a tuner vs run the stock tune. As the stock injectors cannot make use of any setting above 75hp, what is the set up most people use running stock injectors. Or do they just not make use of all 6 positions?
On the tires. If I understand 215 was for 2wd and of a cc4x4 then the rims had 3/8" more offset and came with 235 . If I understand correctly. I have been trying to gather info on the subject. That's what I gather from bill and Kevin.

I think 235/85s would be ok on 2wd wheels. Just keep them aired up to 80 psi, especially when towing. The 235/85 are taller than 215s, but I think they are a little skinnier. As long as they aren't touching each other at the bottom where the sidewalls bulge out, and you have a minimum of 1/2" between them at that point, you should be fine.

Now I'm confused. My stock tires are 215/85/16's. So, what I see is his are a little wider but the same height?

The 215s are shorter, and a little skinner than the 235s.

I was thinking that both 85's are same height. I see now that its the ratio of the height of the tire's cross-section to its width.

I have basically the same setup as you have, K&N, TS 6 POS, and 4inch exhaust. I usually run my truck on the third position (+70HP) for daily driving. This is probably not the best for mileage but seems to give me the best performance of all the settings. Anything higher just seems to just blow smoke and anything lower doesn't give me the smooth throttle response that I like. All that being said I would assume If I put it on the stock setting and drove like an old fart that would net me the best mileage. Best advice is start playing with it and find what works best.
