Good morning woodchucks and wannabees. Lovely morning to get up and around. On my 2nd cup of coffee, then out for a run followed by premier league soccer (or fut ball for you purists).
30 degrees here at the Bryan casa. Dusting of snow overnight but still warmer than normal. That, however, if we believe the weather forecasters, is about to change.
Today - Mostly sunny, then becoming cloudy during the afternoon, with a high near 33. West wind 6 to 9 mph.
Tonight - A slight chance of flurries before 1am, then a slight chance of snow showers after 2am. Cloudy, with a low around 26. Southwest wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Sunday - A 50 percent chance of snow showers. Cloudy, with a high near 36. Southwest wind 5 to 8 mph becoming west in the afternoon. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Sunday NightA 40 percent chance of snow showers before midnight. Cloudy, with a low around 5. Northwest wind around 7 mph. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Monday - Cloudy and cold, with a high near 8. Northwest wind 6 to 9 mph.
Monday Night - Partly cloudy, with a low around -4. Northwest wind around 7 mph.
Tuesday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 13. Northwest wind 3 to 5 mph.
Tuesday Night - Partly cloudy, with a low around 4. Light southwest wind.
Guess I will burn a bit of wood this coming week. Jim, maybe you'll get a bit of that frost you were looking for. Don't see much snow in the forecast yet though. Better keep that sled warmed up just in case we get snow before the 4th of July.
