Is 5.4l fuel pump interchangeable w/ 4.6L?
I see a F150 2006 5.4L truck being parted out and a fuel pump is on the list. I have a 4.6L 2005 F150 with a failing fuel pump assembly. Is this swappable? I can buy it today.

Look up the respective part numbers and compare them.

I did look them up on fordparts.com. They are obviously different part #

The same set of 4 or 5 sender/pump modules are used across the 05-06 V8s (didn't check more) the difference is determined by the tank size/wheelbase.

You'll need to do more digging into those details.

Thanks guys. I read some more into this and I found the best thing to do is just replace it with a walbro. A few years ago they made after market.
