The fogs REALLY throw a lot of light and light up the sides of the road extremely well now. I've done a couple night drives and wasn't sure if I'd be blinding oncoming drivers or not, but I haven't been flashed once by oncoming traffic yet.
I don't have tpms sensors on the truck so not sure if they affect it or not. I have yet to try my garage door opener buttons yet either.
Here's links to the part #'s I used for my 2008 f250.

Headlights, H13 LED Headlight Kit | H13 LED Upgrade
Fog lights, H10 LED Fog light Kit | H10 LED Headlight Bulbs

Here are some photos of light output from my cell phone.....they'd won't rotate and the phone doesn't do the lights any justice.
Thank you very much!!

I've posted about it before but nobody else has said anything. Maybe I am the only one. They work great though, so to me it's worth leaving them in even with the TPMS light going off.

Have you reset the TPMS and it keeps throwing the code?

Just an update..I've used my visor mounted garage door opener several times with the lights on, both daytime running lights and with low beam/fog lights on and they seem to work just as they did before.

Yes I had the dealer reset it when I had it in one day. It still does the same thing. I've tried a few things to cut down the interference but haven't had any luck so far.

Get the highest light output rating you can find (LM) and you can get cheapo's off the auction site.

In order to get proper light output the led's have to be in the 3 and 9 o'clock positions. They are much brighter at night then the Slyvanias for sure in my opinion......night and day difference...no pun intended, lol.
This may be a silly question, but don't bulbs generally fit the housing a certain way? I only ask because I swapped over my 00 SD from sealed beam to factory jewel style with LED bulbs, and the actual diodes are in the 12 and 6 possition.

You do need to "index" led bulbs. Took me a bit of trial and error to get them in the housing properly. You can put them in 3 different ways I believe.

Anybody tried these bulbs there? Our stock lenses were weak when new, and now they are so dulled and yellow that I don't think any bulb would help us. And I don't want new, weak, blurry Ford lenses. We need a whole headlight assembly built for LEDs.

I put LED's in my '11 F350 and my wife's caravan on a recommendation from a friend that is a lighting fanatic, bought from my local auto parts store and put in that day.
Performance World 414013 5800LM Canbus H13 LED Headlight Kit
BIG upgrade over regular headlamps (I've bought every brand there is out there over the years). Throws tons of light, nobody high beams me with just the lows on. I have not had any TPMS problems in the month they have been in, and neither has my wife's caravan. Highly recommend.

Full front swap for Retro Solutions.

Very pleased with the output. Cost is moderate.

Top: New LED ('6000lm')/ Bottom Sylvania H13 'Basic' (1000lm)

Please keep us posted on how they last over a few months. $175 is a lot for bulbs.

So has anyone run them through a winter? Ive thought about putting them in my snowplow but have been told LED's dont make enough heat to keep them from icing up in snow.
