If it has fittings that screw into the head it's the AIR injection. If it doesn't connect to the head at the nozzles, it's the injector cooler manifold.
What year is your engine? they made these things from 65-97. So it might help to know the age of it.

It is a 93 and it plugs directly into the head

Then AbandonedBronco was right. It's the air injection manifold/tube/pipe.
Here's a picture of the air injection manifold on a engine I had a while back just to confirm. You can also tell it's air injection because it will go into the head above each exhaust port.
