Decided to do a little upgrading again. The truck has come a long way in the last year I've had it. Started as a gasser that I bought from a kid, swore I'd never buy another truck from a high school kid again. Did a RSK with v/b codes and bilstein 5100's. 17" fuel hostage wheels and 35" bfg AT KO2's. DIY e-fuel. Baby swamps and an Adrenaline hpop. Had Tony Wildman burn my ts-6. Installed a new headliner and vinyl floor a few months ago. And just installed seats from a '10 F150. A lot of other small odds and ends. Still have more to do, some more interior pieces, spray in bed liner, new paint... It never ends. I've received a lot of help from this forum and others and wanted to say thanks.
The fronts weren't bad. I mounted them to my original seat mount. I still need to figure out a way to lower the center a few inches though. The rears were a little more difficult. The rear mounts went thru the pan and I braced underneath. Their front mount , which is close to the rear, I built a cross frame and mounted it to the factory seats rear studs. I can flip the bottom cushions up and use the floor for storage. I still need to finish it up and paint it. I'll take more pics tomorrow of the mounts.
Really nice truck!! Do you have any pictures of the wheels? I'm looking to buy a set of hostages and it would be nice to see what they look like with tires mounted on them.
Here's pics of the wheels and tires. Couldn't get a decent pic of the seat mount. When I get some days off and pull it out to finish and paint it I'll take some better ones.
