Raised bed floor

Does anyone have some pictures of their raised beds, for the clearance of a C-notch?

Thank you,

Angelo

I will try and see if I have a picture from when I did mine otherwise it may be awhile as it is blowing and dumping snow currently.

Here's a less radical approach that can be used if you don't want to 'lay frame'. How to Raise the Bed Floor - Classic Trucks Magazine

That looks like a good method Mike. You would even have the option to revert back to stock some year later if you don't go crazy welding in the outside supports.

Nice work... love the width of the rear tires.

For lower and much wider rubber I like this local truck (not mine). Very nicely done. I don't have a photo of the wheel tubs or bed unfortunately.

Nicely done. Whose triangulated 4 link rear end set up is that, or is it your own design?

ZFlash, very cool, mine will not be as drastic as yours I only need about 1.5" clearance but that is some cool look!

Thanks Emay, yours looks very simple, I also have tubs in my bed, I think I'm over thinking this, I was trying to make mine the same as the original only 1.5" higher, I see yours seems to be a perimeter frame made out of angle iron?

Nice truck!

Thanks, I would love to find some better street tires in that size but it's been impossible. These are M/T Sportmaster street slicks on 15x15 Welds,I might have to go 18x12 or 19x12 to get a good street tire. L8R ZFLASH

It is angle iron, I used an article out of classic trucks - looking for it now so I can direct you to it.

edit - found it: How to Raise the Bed Floor - Classic Trucks Magazine
