I agree with Dusty, since you tow that camper. I've always preferred an auto for towing. *****, just re read your post, and the fact that it's a diesel may just push it out of the price range for a parts truck. But I'd still be interested in hearing what he wants for the complete thing.
Otherwise all I'd need is the passenger fender, passenger door, though if it's a power door that may be more desirable. I haven't decided if I want to covert over to power or not. Oh and the hood, but again only if those panels are super straight.
Oh oh and I'm digging those wheel covers.
Oh oh and I wouldn't mind some blue seats but I'm looking for 60/40 split or captains chairs.
I was thinking I wanted a little more sound in the exhaust note of my truck, Me being the cheapskate that I am went looking for alternatives to what is on the truck now (has a big hole in the outer skin). So It has been a slow day at work so I went relic hunting in the shop. I hit pay dirt. About 9 years ago I did a cat back exhaust system on 2007 Shelby GT500. Owner didn't want the old pipes and mufflers, so (freebie) I just cut the intake and exit pipes off and welded in enough pipe to make the switch.Looks like I will be staying late after work again. But I should have a lot nicer exhaust note when I leave. Sure beats buying a new Flowmaster.
Cool man. Barn finds are the best. In your case old buried in the shop find.
On an exhaust related note, I finally got mine fixed Friday. The pipe separated from the muffler. Thirty minutes and 50 bucks it's back to normal.
I also did something I haven't done in years. I washed my truck. Inside and out. I forgot my wheels were shiny. Now maybe I'll get back to painting them black again.
Well the truck is still quiet with no drone at any speed. Just a real nice deep tone. Purrfect. I also took and put the stainless tip and installed it too. I wish I could of got it running right, before the drivers exhaust manifold broke. I may try to JB Weld it and wrap it so it can't come out. If the ole girl does good through the winter I am gonna put new exhaust from the block back (A set of true duels). Took it out for a 150 mile drive yesterday and the truck ran like a new truck the entire way. Looks like a $1500 F-150 that wont run right was well worth the money. Have a great evening guys.

I'm all about being a cheapskate. I got my Flowmaster stuff off of craigslist. Boy traded me straight across for my factory exhaust, and even delivered it.

Good score in the exhaust, I do like a bit of noise from a V8.
I agree John, But in reality I was going to replace the exhaust anyway. Now I will just have to buy a set of headers for it too. Darn. I just want to make it until spring like it is, then replace it all.
Bob, we all know you are the Craigslist killer, We just haven't told anyone. We are afraid of Darth Bob and his lightsabre.
