I am not sure what I will do with it. Haven't put much thought past just a place behind the seat to put stuff. What have people been doing, besides the rediculous stereos?

It's a new tank from LMC. Doesn't quite just bolt on, but it fits between the frame rails after you make some brackets. It was on sale last week for $129 and a sending unit for $50 plus shipping. Comes with straps.

I got it from O'Reilly auto parts. They sell it by the foot with 3ft being the max continuous you can buy. I also found it online for cheaper by the inch up to 60ft. Just search 1 1/2 fuel fill hose. The 90deg pieces are plumbing parts (chromed brass drain pipe)

Mike: Looks like a really solid truck! So glad to FINALLY see someone doing a rear mounted tank that doesn't have the filler in the floor of the box (HTH do you fill that with a load of cargo?)
Here is one more idea for a cap, and they flush mount, so if painted body colour, it would virtually disappear

Here's a couple pics from above link
Cheers!

Be careful using some of those pop up gas caps. Some will collect water in the cup area where the cap pushes down into. When you pop it up and unscrew it, any collected water will fall down into the fuel tank. A friend of mine modified his by welding a small drain tube at the bottom of the cup and ran a rubber drain line.
When it rains or even when washing the truck, you stand a good chance of getting water in there.
Just a thought.
