I've owned this truck for about 9 months and it's been dead reliable affter I fixed a few things. I replaced the front tank fuel pump, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, battery, solenoid, terminals, dash lights and added a tachometer. The truck has a little over 100k and runs and drives really well. It's an XLT Lariat Explorer model with power locks and Windows which all work. The tranny shifts firm and good and the 460 has plenty of power.

The things that are bad are it has an exhaust leak at the manifolds, it needs a windshield, the roof was repaired from a tree branch but not very well, front passenger tire has a slow leak.
