'95 F150 fuel tank vent

I'm looking for the part number for the fuel tank vent, single port...have looked at all the online stores, autozone, orielly, NAPA, even Fordparts.com and called them directly. Gave them the VIN and still the part doesn't seem to exist. Really? Have also looked at and called LMC truck and they don't have the OEM part number.
Little background as to why I'm looking for this, have had two emissions test on the truck, both test pass the emission portion, but failed the pressurization. First round was the rear tank gas cap, replaced with new one. I also mentioned to them that the midship tank fuel pump was inop and the filler neck was cracked, replaced that too. Second round at testing, still failed the pressurization, although they couldn't tell me what the problem was this time. I'm about to remove the bed and trace the vent lines and search for any damage and while under there repair anything else. I have new seals for the sending units and vent valves also. any help would be appreciated.

the truck: '95 F150 shortbed, standard cab, inline 6, 4.9L, dual fuel tanks and 258k miles on the clock. Have owned it for almost 17 years.

The link above is for a vent valve on an Explorer. I do not think that will fit a F150 of this vintage.

Mine's a '96 F150 longbed, standard cab, 4.9L with dual fuel tanks.

I replaced both vent valves when I re-did both tanks (both were leaking). Both used vent valves with the single port. I got both of them from LMC Truck. The LMC part number is 40-1955.

Sorry, I don't know the Ford part number. I also used the vent valve seal from LMC, part number 40-1241.

Hope that helps.
