This pic is/was in Mid-Fifties online catalog under one of their items. I called them & they said they'd try to find color info, but rightfully not a priority for them.
I've seen color similar on late model VW bugs, but this one seems to have very slight hint of chocolate/cocoa in it vs. yellow on VW. I want choc. rather than yellow, though they may be the same and the type of lighting is changing hue.

You know, I have a 54. I like the 54 grille. But a chromed 54 grille on 56 just looks bad, especially with the headlights in stock 54 position and not recessed like in a 56.
