I'm about to purchase a 94 bronco that I would consider in excellent condition. No rust issues, 125k miles, many modifications (lift, tires, speakers, sub, paint, etc.) Newly replaced front and back chrome bumpers with brush guard and fog lights. Front dash and center console are 06 f150 conversion. Power windows, locks, seats. Well maintained and all parts are up to date and all Ford parts. All new carpet, sound insulation, cruise control, bolts, fluids, radiator, axle bearings, brake pads, and rebuilt steering box. Original engine and transmission. The only thing he mentioned wrong was the windshield wiper fluid container wouldn't stay filled and needed to be replaced but besides that I haven't found anything wrong with it. He was asking 11.5 which I thought was high but I offered him 10 cash. Am I getting a fair deal or am I paying way more than the vehicle is worth? I've been looking for one for some time now and hard to find in this condition with this low of miles. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as this will be my first bronco. I'm a lifelong Ford man and currently have a 10 mustang GT but also need something bigger. Thanks for any help/advice! See pics attached.

From my limited Bronco\OBS truck experiences thus far ....
He'll probably get at least what you've offered from someone.
But don't buy it expecting to not to have to do anything to it.
There's gonna be something that needs to be fixed.
That's just the way it is on a vehicle that old.
I can see in the pics that the headlight are yellowed.
$100 at Autozone and a PIA to change.
Windows seals haven't been replaced.
$60 and easily done.
Rear window seal probably hasn't been done either.
Another $50 +/-
Why would anyone pull the vent shades and leave the goop stuck to the door?
Yes this is all nit-picking.
But rest assured there will be other things to be fixed.
Might be small ... Might be large (Engine/Tranny)
If one is gonna ask TOP dollar for something, it kinda needs to be to TOP condition.
Just an opinion.
Edit = It is indeed a nice looking Bronco! :-)

That's all part of the paint job
All kidding aside, it would cost that much to repaint, lift, and resize the tires (around here anyways) so the bigger question is .... how much more are you willing to put into it?
It has been mentioned before, there is either something wrong with it somewhere, or about to go wrong somewhere. Either way it's going to cost you $$$. Maybe not right away, but expect to spend at least another $2K within the first two years on repairs.
Hire your own mechanic to go bumper to bumper cuz if I was dropping that kinda cash on a used car I'd want to make sure it was good to go.
Go down to $8500 and see what he says. If he says no, wait a couple of weeks and if it's still there, offer $8000

Lots of people dont realize that even though the 21 year old vehicle they are looking at runs well, shifts well, it still has 21 year old parts on it that wear out. And those 21 year old parts will nickle and dime you to death. These are great as second vehicles that you want to play with. They are honestly not the best choice for a daily driver. But its your money and if it is what you want no one will talk you out of it. Nor am I trying to. Just go into it with your eyes wide open. And your wallet.

The truck looks good I'll give you that but I wouldn't pay more than $5k for a 20+ year old truck regardless of apparent condition. What size tires are those... 33s.. 35s? I'd bet the truck has 3.55 gears in the axles which means it's gonna be a gas guzzling gutless wonder to drive, expect 8-12mpg at best and it will struggle to maintain highway speed.
