enigne won't start after reinstallation

So I posted a while back about fixing all the leaks I had and what I was going to do. I finally completed all the repairs and reinstalled the engine and it won't start. Cranked a bunch and checked oil level in hpop its good so I pulled plugs in oil rails there is oil present there, cracked the yellow valve on fuel bowel there is fuel there. unplugged the icp sensor and cranked more still no indication of wanting to start. PLEASE HELP.

Duston,

How does the dash light setup look, normal? WTS and etc......

Is it chipped?

Did you go over the harness carefully to make sure you you didn't overlook a plug.

Is your fuel pump running when you key on?

The more info the better feed for your replies.

i have wts light check engine light with p1280 because of icp being unplugged fuel pump runs ill throw a gauge on it and see what kind of pressure is there it was at 40 to 60 psi before i tore every thing apart that is at the upper port on fuel bowel i have a gauge hooked in the drivers side oil rail it was at 3500 before tearing it apart and is at 0 psi now its a 500psi gauge so probably not going to register real low pressure I've been over all the connectors but ill check them again

Do you mean that it is a 5000 psi gauge? If it isn't it may already be blown.

Make sure the IPR is connected and the tin nut is in place.

Does the gauge in the oil rail climb at all while cranking? Maybe to like 200 psi and stay there?

How long are you cranking at a time? At least 10-15 seconds? Is the solenoid on the IPR and is the spacer there, with the nut tight? Did you pull the HPOP out? If so, did you torque the drive gear bolt down to the right spec (89 ft/lbs., if I recall correctly)?

yes the ipr solenoid is there and tight i did have the hpop out and when i reinstalled it i torqued it to 89 i believe i looked it up as i went. I just resealed every thing fuel bowl, hpop, rebuilt the ipr, oil pan, oil cooler, injector orings, turbo was rebuilt, front main, front cover etc i even swapped out the check ball in the hpop.

If the high pressure gauge you have plugged into the oil rail is not moving, you aren't making high pressure oil (maybe that is obvious, maybe not). Something is not right inside your HPOP I bet. I'd be revisiting that check-ball.
