Tire/Gearing/MPG/Streetability Question

Currently in the great tire debate.

1997 f250 7.3 4.10 gears.

Trying to figure out what size tire would accommodate me best.

Want to get the best MPGs I can while maintaining my towing capacity and keeping my Streetability up. Drove 6,200 miles in the past three weeks, so yeah.

Any suggestions? Think I should go stock size or bigger?

I attempted the same thing. I went with 35/12.5's on my dually and I get about 15 mpgs on the highway. Even before my stage 1's. My truck sits right at 9k lbs. at 65 mph I'm running 21-2200 rpms. But she will pull a house off the foundation. Lol. One day I will put some 3.73's in.
