Auto Enginuity in Arkansas

Is there anyone in the Central Arkansas area with this software that would be willing to run a diagnostic on my truck? I replaced all the glow plugs a year ago and the relay a month ago. It idles really rough when it's cold (first start of the day with outside temps even at 90 degrees). It has no power for about 10 minutes. Sounds like an old John Deere 2 cylinder tractor for a few minutes. I have 370K miles on it. After it warms up it runs good. Plugging it in doesn't make a difference. There is no smoke while it is warming up. I have noticed when I accelerate quickly, it blows black smoke (not heavy but when following it you see and smell it).

Since apparently no one in Central Arkansas has this software, or willing to help, I have ordered the vgate obd scan tool to use with my android phone to do a buzz check on the injectors. I did find out while the truck was in Nevada my son had sent one of his students to the station to put $20 of diesel in the truckand the student put gasoline in it instead and then drove it 15 miles on the freeway. The truck was sitting almost on empty when the gasoline was put in it. He said when the student drove up it was smoking pretty good. My son immediately put 10 gallons of diesel in it to dilute the gasoline. It was soon after this that the rough starts began. I figure he scored some injectors such that cold they are sticking. The truck sounds like it is running only on half the cylinders until it warms up.

There is a recent post about what to do when fuel is contaminated. Expensive.

After the truck idles for 10-15 minutes, it smoothes out and runs good. Only when it's cold.

I ran a test yesterday using an infrared thermometer. Engine cold exh man was 62. Started it let it idle about 1.5 minutes. Let sit 30 seconds. Temps (degees F) were as follows: #1 176, #3 215, #5 210, #7 178, #2 75, #4 163, #6 142, #8 114. Measured exhaust man just off from head. #2 either bad or came unplugged for sure. #8 week. #6? It wasnt as rough running but was rough. Didnt leave it runn ing to see how long before it smoothed out. Reason I said unplugged is I replaced glow plugs and harnesses a couple years ago and dont know how long that #2 has been dead.
