My compass recently quit. I just have two little dashes where the direction would be displayed in the XLT display screen. On the detailed compass screen, I have the truck and a blank circle with no compass operating. I'm thinking the sensor quit.


Where is the sensor? I've been reading, but mostly guessing, that it is in the rear view mirror assembly.


Anybody know where it is? What is it likely to cost and involve to fix?
