need help choosing tires for my 04 dually ASAP!

(clifs at the end if you dont want to read)

Ok guys..so i need tires asap. 2004 f350 dually. I really really really wanted 315/75/16s, but it's not looking good. I don't think I'm going to be able to afford it at the moment. The spacers are 370 (freds solid steel ones that everyone recommends) and the bfg a/t (the tire i was going to go with) in 315/75/16 are 247 each...times 6..plus 370 spacers...plus a small lift in the front to clear the tires... Just outta the question for now as much as i don't want to believe it :-(

What is the biggest (height and width, mainly width) i can fit on the stock rims on my 04 dually, WITHOUT spacers, unloaded or loaded? I don't own any travel trailers or anything, just a 16' enclosed as well as a 16' open trailer, the enclosed being the heaviest thing I'd ever tow. From what i'm reading, its 265/75/16. i actually have 265/75s on the front right now with no issues, but im worried about the rear. i cant afford the spacers right now so i cant get tires that will require spacing the stock wheels.

Ill just have to wait until next time i need tires to get larger tires and spacers. But i really want bigger than 235/85, they just look so skinny to me.

last question is load range. what is the absolute minimum i should run on this truck? i already had a near blowout (tread separated while going 60 on the interstate on my outside rear passenger tire, destroyed my dually fender), and that was a 235/85/16 General AmeriTrac TR tire, but it was pretty old, had great tread, but dry rotted. my fault, should have changed tires when i bought the truck 3 months ago. its an 04 with 40k miles, so it did a lot of sitting. i dont think the tires are original from 04, but they very well could be lol...either way, they did a lot of sitting in the florida sun, so that caused the dry rotting.

i had nearly 3 pallets of tile in the bed (probably more weight than the bed is rated to hold lol) and im sure the weight is what caused the tire to fail.

i want to get tires that have a good weight rating, for times like that when i am hauling heavy stuff in the bed, or pulling my trailer with a lot of weight on it. the bfg KO2s i think were 3400ish lbs each?

a Tire Choice store near me sells a tire for 92 each, LT265/75, brand is "fuzion" or something. i have them on my excursion with no issues, but i dont haul heavy with that, very rare, especially now that i have the dually. would i be safe using these for now, (with the mindset that eventually i want to upgrade to 315/75s)? here is a link to the specs, load index is 114, or 2601lbs. significantly lower than the bfg a/t KO2s. TheTireChoice.com - Economy Light Truck 265/75R16 30505607F

that's enough babbling for now, ill let you guys help me out on this one! thanks and sorry for the super long post!!

clifs: looking to spend as little as possible on the largest tires for my dually with no lift and no rear wheel spacers, but still safe for hauling heavy loads in the bed/my 16' open trailer.
