Bought one off the lot instead of ordering or it would have had the FX4 package. Just wondering does anyone make a skid plate kit for the tank, transfer case and diff, besides Ford?


Also are the 2015's and 2016's essentially the same for aftermarket applications across the board?

 

I have the fx4 package and am not impress with it....I dont think the plates would survive the impact of a plastic trash can....they are pretty flimisy.

Have you looked at one to make an assesment?

 

I've owned a couple of FX4's and I agree, but with no after market vendor I'm stuck with the factory products.

 

Ok, I can't believe there's no aftermarket for these. If someone wants to donate a set? I'll CAD them, then return them. I'll even cut a deal for whoever helps out.
