Good morning all,
I am new to the site. I am currently restoring a 1951 ford F3, and I'm looking to upgrade the rear brake drums on my original 1951 Timken Rear axle. I was told that the rear drum brakes from 1957-60 Ford F250 is a direct swap of my axle. I have been searching high and low for the last 4 months to no avail. I am asking all of you ford truck enthusiasts, does anybody have a set of rear drum brakes (backing plates and internals with e-brake) for the model years 1957-60 ford F250, that they are willing to part with. Or can any body help me with selecting a compatible substitution to this braking system. Your help is greatly appreciated.
