Im pretty sure this is a bullnose by the side markers and the front fender, am correct? If so this is the coolest Ive seen in a while. I really hope its not a chevy van converted... lol
As to whether it's a bull nose or not, you'll have to ask the people on here that made up the term. I've never heard it used anywhere other than FTE, and really only applying to pickups (and occasionally Broncos) here.
Looks like a van from 80-86, but would not qualify as a Bullnose. That is limited to trucks based on the angles in the front end where the headlights are. The vans kept the straight nose.

Here recently, i have talked to a few folks locally who own older F-150's and they referred to them as either "bullnosed (80-86) or bricknosed (87-96)" trucks.
I asked if they were familiar with FTE and they said no....hmmm.
As far as i know, the term Bullnose only refers to 80 to 86 F Series, not E Series.
