You thought it said something? No offense, and that does sound better than $14.62, tho can you look at it again and report back so there's no guessing to what and how much.

low mileage truck and this settlement

Hi,
my no frills 2007 f150 has just over 11K miles on it. I've mostly used the truck for Hauling dirt/gravel (linex liner) on really short tasks. Now days I put about 8 miles a day on it. I change the oil regularly.

Anyways having just received the postcard about this settlement offer, I'm thinking of going the formal route of excluding the truck from the settlement since the mileage is so low.

Anyone have any recommendations for or against exclusion? Nowadays I mostly just use it as a commute vehicle on paved roads.

Thanks

THIS IS BS

"Additionally, Ford...will also spend $5.2 million to pay the plaintiffs’ attorneys’ fees, according to the spark plug defect class action settlement."

I don't understand why the 4.6L isn't included in this... anyone know?

I ask because before I got my 5.4L Expedition, we had an '07 Explorer with the 4.6 and had exactly the problem this suit is addressing - including having the dealer change out the plugs for a very high cost.
