Alignment off with new front leaf springs

I put new 33 inch tires on my truck with a bumper extension to fit.
I put new Bilstein shocks all the way around
I put new front leaf springs Heaviest style they make.

They put Tie Rod Adjuster Sleeves

My old springs were wore out. So I put heavier duty ones up front and I had my truck "aligned.

It didn't get fully aligned. The camber kit was the highest that they could put in and still didn't get it fully aligned.

It has postive camber

Welcome to FTE
Does your truck have the ifs suspension? I cant tell from the pic but did you make sure they were for your type of suspension? I ask because the f350 springs are a bit softer than the f250 ones making them a bit taller to compensate the additional wheight and height.

How long have they been on the truck for? I would suggest what 427 Fordman said. Give it a little while and let everything settle.

You really shouldn't have any issues because even though these springs may be heavier then what your truck originally came equipped with from factory they still aren't a Heavy Duty spring. When our customers go with the 43-498HD, which is a three leaf compared to your two leaf (also quite a bit heavier in capacity) they usually don't have any type of alignment issues.

Let us know how it turns out!

If the alignment was ok before the springs( On a straight axle) the alignment after will be fine . What I found on mine when I but new springs (including helper) I needed to lengthen the track bar. Looks like you need a new alignment shop .The toe is off .

It seems to be getting better as time has gone on. Its been a little over a month. Think these are rated for around 3200ish stock ones I thought were around 2500.

Drive it a little to see how it settles.

Google "adjustable caster camber sleeves".

Look on your existing sleeves and note any markings and its orientation. The markings denote the amount of degrees of correction the sleeve is providing. The orientation denotes whether the correction is to the castor or camber. Duplicate this and then add a degree of camber to each wheel. Drive the truck a little and look at the wheels again. Repeat until you get the results you want.
