For those of you with Towing Riggs, Offroad 4x4's or Hunting Riggs that have trouble seeing the road at night, this is your ticket.

I ordered two sets a few years ago for my 97 F250 HD Powerstroke trucks and installed one but the second truck got totaled before it could be upgraded.

I Found the the second one recently while sorting through some boxes in the garage, forgot I even had it.

This is a great plug & play addition to your existing headlight system. It provides full power to your headlamps direct from the batteries and bypasses your in dash push-pull headlight switch, which is the weak link in our Ford trucks.

Once installed it made the difference between night and day giving me a full field centered and wide angle field of view which was a noticeable and massive improvement over the stock harness and bulbs.

IMO when it comes to seeing the road ahead of you compared to the wimpy 14ga stock system that is routed through the headlight switch in the cab, which just happens to cause a substanial voltage drop in power to the headlamps this upgrade can't be beat.

One additional purchase I made to compliment the harness and reap it's full potential was a pair 1 set of (MADE IN GERMANY) PHILIPS X-treme POWER 9007 headlamps which are available nationwide in the USA.

The PHILIPS bulbs had the highest wattage output ratings (65/55), for my stock 97 F250 headlamp housings that I could find with great reviews and came highly recommended.

IMHO these headlamp bulbs are the best you can buy for your money and you'll get a set with this Upgrade Headlamp Harness, new in the original package and upopened box.

The PHILIPS X-treme Power bulbs are the only ones I use now in all my vehicles, you will get a set 1 pair with this package and you'll be glad you did.
