??Using rino liner coating for truck running boards??

Hello there friends
Has anyone tried putting that rino coating that they use in their boxes over their running boards, instead of painting them.I was at a car show and seen a truck that had that kind of product on his running boards ,and it really did look nice.
And I was also wondering how hard it is to do youself???

thanks ,and have a good week yo Bill

Let me add bilb, he did have his done by "Rhino" I believe. I did the underside of my fenders with the spray cans of the stuff. They turned out fine but convinced me to have my boards done by the pros.
