"80 F2504x4 I was curious what gearing it had, looked @ the rear diff. & of course the tag is gone so all I can ascertain is that it's a Dana 60. The front diff. does have the tag it says 3 54 & EO something. Am I correct in thinking it has 354 /355 gears ? I didn't know that anything that high was an option. I always figured 3/4 tons were of the 411,410, 409 gear ratio.

In my experiance 3:55 gearing for a 3/4 ton is much more the norm than 4:10's. It is an option (more $$$) for 4:10's so most people save a $100 or so and stick with the stock gear ratio.
