Myself and a few other will be there, but just curious!

 

They're all a ride for me. The closest is OK but that is still 1350 miles/ 20hrs.

 

87crewdually did you go to the diesel nationals in NJ that wasnt too long ago?

 

I went , it was 7 miles away, Mustang got REALLY dusty

 

Yup, I went. I got directed to park in the back field and it was dusty. Usually it turns to a mud pit but we haven't had any significant rain in a long time.
I really go more for the big rigs. There's something about a truck tractor approaching 100 mph in the 1/4 and then go haul a load that week.
Leaving was a sh!+ show. They held us for over 2 hours. So much for trying to get a jump on the crowd leaving.
Over all it was fun. Alot of trucks plus the jet cars and monster trucks.

 

I wish I'd have known they were in Tulsa. That's a 2 hour ride for me. I like watching the diesel trucks run. Hell, I like DOING it myself.

I would go but I would show up in the wives Honda.

Gonna pass this year but when/if I get my truck, I will meet you there next year.

I'll probably head up Friday too if I get the repairs on Rudolph done early enough, but look forward to shaking your hand Rich!
