Thanks for the responses.I'm going to remove it all before I put the bed on and I'll get a spot mirror around the whole area and rust proof the heak out of it. Also for those that have the newer front fenders, there is the same foam on a bracket that's spot welded to the fender which is rite behind the headlight toward the bottom just above where the bumper meets the fender.
