95 dually 7.3L w/ Turbo..IS it a PSD???

95 dually 7.3L w/ Turbo..IS it a PSD???
In 94 you could get the pre PSD 7.3 in IDI with a turbo or the 7.3 PSD in the 94.5. I think you could also get the 7.3 non turbo too but I may be wrong. If someone hasn't taken the cover off the engine it says Turbo Diesel Direct Injection. Its a metal cover. After 94.5 its PSD.
