Gas tank metal filler pipe

Tried to remove locking gas cap without the key and tweaked the threads where the gas cap screws onto the metal gas filler pipe; hopefully it can be repaired; meantime, I check with D.C., Mac's, The Truck Stop, and did not find the item in their online catalog. It appears LMC may carry them but not a particular fan, anyway, thought before placing the order I would check if anyone knows of a source?

C1TZ-9034-A (replaced C1TB-9034-A & B) .. In-Cab Fuel Tank Fuel Filler Tube / Obsolete

1961/66 F100/850 / 1963/66 N500/700.

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
--------------------------------------------------------
1967/69 F100/800: C7TZ-9034-F .. In-Cab Fuel Tank Fuel Filler Tube / Obsolete // This could be longer or shorter than the above, uses the same gas tank, gas cap and fuel filler hose.

GREEN SALES CO. has 5 = 800-543-4959. Call 'em up and have them measure the length of the puppy. If it's longer, you could cut it to the correct length.

Bill, I thank you!! After checking LMC cat. realized it's the later model filler tube, which they list replacement for 67-72. O well? I called Greens and the office is closed so I will try again tomorrow. Yep, as long as the dia. is same I can cut the tube to fit if need be? Again, I thank you.

Dave,
Likewise, I have one or two. For folks looking for parts in general, I have seen that FTE members often have what you're looking for, and at a better price than retail. Guys...save yourself the hunt, and check here first.

PM sent:

If you, or Jim, could send me an email either thru FTE forum, or contact me thru engelson@sbcglobal.net with details as to amount, and how you would like to be paid, I can proceed with completing the project. It's my 65 with the 390 that has been setting in a field for the past several years which I towed home yesterday and now in the process of preparing the engine for starting then assess where to go from there.

Thanks to all for the information, greatly appreciated.

Jim, received your email, I will contact you in the morning. Not only did I retrieve the truck but also few boxes of hard to come-by parts that I acquired over the years, which unfortunately does not include the metal filler tube. Appears I may need to go thru boxes and possibly familiarize myself with ebay?
