My understanding is the sheet metal is the same. Not sure about the interior configuration.

The towing features are interesting. I wonder if any or all of those features - tpms, camera and lane departure - will make their way into the 2017 F150.

I'm curious what the difference is between the SD 'trailer reverse guidance system' and the F150 'pro trailer backup assist'.

Looks the same to me...

Only real differences are the glove box and the shifter.

I stopped watching them because of their Larry the Cable Guy who whines about the Super Duty not having enough soft-touch materials. The F-350 beat the snot out of the Ram and Chevy in their tests and he still said the RAM was better because of the soft-touch dash. LOL.

I wonder how long until we see Chevy and Ram add capacity for a trailer camera and TPMS. Then I wonder how much longer after that we'll see trailer manufacturers (TT, 5th wheel, toy haulers, enclosed, heck even equipment and dump trailers) integrating camera and TPMS into their products. I'm sure it could be a nice up-sell for them.

They have already started. My toyhauler has a factory installed back up camera that sends signal to a matched Garmin RV NAV unit in my truck.

Good to know. I am sure it will be come more and more common place especially once Chevy and Ram copy Ford. I'm sure build in TPMS isn't far behind as an option.

I bet you're right. It would be nice to have inside the rim sensors from the factory...

Any mentions about steering (turning radius)?

1) will perhaps the SRW get a tighter radius?

2) any chance the KR gets bench seat in the front?

Count me out.
-The aluminum resists dents better than steel.
-The cab is reportedly slightly wider than the F150
-They haven't released details about the engine, so you can't say it doesn't have a 9th injector

The V10 is only in the cab & chassis trucks, just like '11-'16

Without having any info from Ford, my guesses are:

1) Maybe, depending exactly on what changes they made to the axles.

2) Very unlikely. We're more likely to eventually see the bench seat go away in lower trims than be added to the higher trim.

Have you been in a 2015? I have not but from what I have seen on here they are a couple inches wider than the previous model, just slightly narrower than the outgoing Super Duty.

That it's I'm done as I'm sure many many Superduty owners will be. Don't tell us for 10 years that you won't produce a diesel F150 because you think it will hurt Superduty sales and then put an F150 cab on a Superduty frame and try and milk the saving from the Superduty owners. No market share is strong enough to bare the stupidity of the pencil pushers you allowed to make this decision. If you guys are planning for the impending market crash, well done because you won't have to wait. Your sales numbers are going to tank! I noticed the current models are all back listed from $50K-70k online. At least you'll be able to get top dollar out of the last of your 1st Gen 6.7 Superduties, cause your going to be eating Ram's shorts when people laugh you off for trying to sell the Superduties with F150 interiors. You better start planning for your next remodel year to be 2018! Kiss owning 60% of the HD market goodbye!

PS: Can you keep repeating the word NEW if it the exact same cab that is on the F150? Maybe it was well received because of how cheap the old F150 model was. It won't be well received by the people that enjoyed what they were getting for the extra $20-30K!
