I hope a tech out there can solve this one! Trying to perform master reset on sync because, from the title, phone button inoperative, No Aux In, and attempting to connect the ipod, you get "connection error see dealer".
The Owner's manual indicates Fuse 40 protects Sync, GPS and Sirius, so I figure that is the one. When you pull 40 you still have gps and Sirius, so I figure Sync must still have power also. So, any ideas on just what fuse powers the sync module? Thanks

According to the owner's manual, you're correct that fuse should control SYNC.

Since you're unable to perform a master reset or fuse pull to resolve your concern, I recommend visiting your local dealership for service.

You may even be able to contact the Service Department over the phone for suggestions.

I know this was an old post but I was wondering rather hoping you may have resolved the issue.
My hard Phone 📞 button doesn’t work either the hard Phone 📞 button on my steering wheel. When I plug USB or AUX on the SNYC when I press user devices it just say “ Error report with dealership “
But I just bought this truck used with a 140,000 miles. Would just like to do a master reset but the first thing you have to do in order to perform a master reset it press the hard Phone 📞 Button on the side of the navigation screen. But when I press the button there is absolutely no response at all.
So like I was saying I know it was a long time ago, Lol. But if you can remember what you had to do to fix this issue with your 2010 F-250 I would greatly appreciate your advice.

Maybe disconnect the battery and then reconnect it to "reboot" the whole truck and maybe get that phone button to work. Long shot, but you never know.
