Is there any difference between as stock 1957 f250 2wd frame vs 4wd frame? I have slogged thru the treads and didnt find this specific question or answer.

No factory F100/250 4WD's until 1959.

The only difference I can find seems to be in the # of leafs in the springs.
I have a cab and body (title) for a 57. I was finally able to reach and clean the grime off the frame. It is from an F100.
There is a 57 F250 2wd frame in southern AZ. Before I make the 3 hour ride, I want to make sure I am correct about the springs. I would like to actually have a F250 and not lighter F100.
