Nothing high tech about it. It has been around since the 60's. I have had three that had it, they all wandered all over the road. I was constantly having to make corrections with the steering wheel. My last one was a '13 SD. I had them put on a new gearbox which helped a little with the looseness. I also added Bilsteins up front which helped a little. The Bilstein stabilizer wouldn't fit so I sent it back. I dumped that truck and went back to an ecoboost with EPS. Now I have a '15 4x4 SD with the solid front axle. Its better than the Twin I beam but still leaves a lot to be desired.

Equipped with up to seven available cameras, the all-new 2017 Super Duty can help make hitching up a standard or gooseneck trailer a snap. And the first-ever, factory-available trailer camera can be attached to a trailer to improve visibility backing up while towing. Learn why the 2017 Super Duty is the smartest Super Duty ever.

Saw it in person and absolutely love it. I was not liking it at all but saw a bunch of different trim levels and it looks great. I think it keeps the SD look and doesn't look like a dodge or chevy. They will sale as many as they can make. I also saw the new Nissan XD and it was OK but still looks cheap and is equal to the F150 in towing abilities.

?? NEW Super Duty ??
Having seen the (alleged) new Super Duty on Facebook, I like the front of the current "Super". The 4 chrome squares on the sides were prime intakes for a turbo or supercharger, without changing the stock look. AIR induction is preferred to "normal aspiration". ANOTHER "power booster" is a HHO generator.

Was anyone else surprised to know that the new 10 speed automatics will not be making it in the redesign Super Duty? I was certain they were going to do it. But when I saw The Fast Lane Truck video on it with Andre and Mr. Truck, the Ford Rep there said they wanted to use something that has been proven to work for them and the 6R140 has. The G-variant no news that I can find on it. Might be a few revisions and/or software update for better shifting.
I looked back at least in this thread and no one said anything that the F250 6.2L gas gets a lighter duty 6R100 transmission. IIRC from the video Ford felt the 6R140 was more transmission in the F250 6.2L than what was really needed.
Chassis cabs will be a hybrid boxed frame in the front and c-channel in the rear. Frame is a bit thicker and taller now. The truck cab is the same as the F150 so that's how they are saving more money...sharing the cabs and doors.

You've got that backwards. Pickups get fully boxed and chassis cabs get c-channel from the back of the cab back to make it easier for up-fitters to attach things to the rails.
